General Ledger - Export and Settings
  • Export: the journal for any dates as a spreadsheet, in the ledger's own layout, or ready to import into QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Settings:
    • 280E (cannabis businesses).
    • A cash over/short limit: small deposit differences post to Cash Over/Short instead of Suspense.
    • Journal entry approval.
    • The size of a month-end change that needs an explanation.
    • The nightly update: check every record (recommended), or only the last 120 days and anything new.
